The process involves several key steps:
Initial Interview
The fitter begins by understanding your goals, preferences, and areas where you seek improvement. This dialogue helps tailor the fitting session to your specific needs.
Static (Biometric) Fitting
Measurements of your height and wrist-to-floor length are taken to determine initial club specifications, such as shaft length and lie angle. Hand dimensions are also measured to recommend appropriate grip size.
Dynamic Swing Test
By observing you hit golf balls, the fitter assesses how your setup, posture, and swing affect clubhead delivery. This includes analyzing your angle of attack and impact location to make necessary adjustments.
Ball-Flight Analysis
Using tools like the TrackMan 4 launch monitor, the fitter examines launch conditions, trajectory, and dispersion patterns. This data informs decisions on club specifications to achieve the ideal balance of distance and accuracy.
Post-Fitting Support
